We have a selection of wonderful Chefs, Chocolatiers, Nutritionists and Industry Experts who will be joining us this year on the demo stage. Thank you to Guittard, Middletownhill Ltd, Fifth Dimension and JK Fine Chocolates for supplying the chocolate used.

Saturday 18th November:


11am : Albert from Fifth Dimension Chocolates and Jamie from JK Fine Chocolates will be discussing the use of Panela (unrefined whole cane sugar) in chocolate. There will be an opportunity to try panela in it’s pure form, and to try chocolates made with panela.

12pm : James Sherwin, Chef of Wild Shropshire is passionate about seasonality and food miles. He will source the freshest local ingredients combining them with a chocolate twist.

1pm : Hazel Lee- tasting chocolate with colour

2pm : Nutritionist Hannah Patterson from Make It Healthy will demonstration how you can make Raw Chocolate from Scratch.

3pm : Jacqueline Champion from Champion and Reeves will give a talk and tasting introducing the companies delicious products. Jacqueline will discuss food provenance and the health benefits of selecting certain ingredients and products.

4pm : Duffy Sheardown- Q&A discussion and Tastings of Duffy’s award-winning Single Origin Chocolates. Tracy Chapman, Chocolate Taster and Judge for the International Chocolate Awards will be interviewing Bean to Bar Producer Duffy Sheardown. Tracy is a Chocolate Voyage Founder, whose mission is educate about the world of fine cacao chocolate. Samples of Duffy’s single origin chocolate will be available throughout the tasting.

Sunday 19th November

11am : Marcus Bean owner of Brompton Cookery School and celebrity TV chef will be kicking off the morning demonstrations. Marcus has a passion for chocolate, and often features his latest sweet creations on social media.

12pm : Hazel Lee – Tasting chocolate with colour

1pm : Executive Chef of the Albrighton Hussey Michel Nijsten has a passiona for local food and high quality producers. He will combine his passions to create a beautiful dish as part of his demo.

2pm : Chocolatier David Greenwood-Haigh will be demonstration his  specially created Beetroot and Tumeric truffle.
